Orders and Shipping

Our standard delivery time for orders within the UK is 3-5 working days. For faster service, we also offer expedited delivery within 1-2 days.

To create an account, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our website and click on the “Sign Up” or “Register” button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
  2. Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and a password of your choice.
  3. Click “Submit” or “Create Account.”
  4. Check your email for a verification link. Click the link to verify your email address and activate your account.

If you need to change your delivery address you are welcome to contact us via support@socksnob.co.uk and we will be happy to make any amendments needed, providing the order hasn’t already been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. Use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

No, we do not keep your card information on file. Your security and privacy are our top priorities, so we ensure that all transactions are processed securely without storing any sensitive payment details.

We ship worldwide but cannot ship to: Russia, Ukraine, China

Returns and Exchanges

UK – Scan QR code on packing slip, follow the proces on the website. If there is an issue please contact support@socksnob.co.uk and we will be able to assist. USA – TBC ROW – Contact support@socksnob.co.uk

UK – Free returns provided USA – TBC ROW – Yes

UK – Evri and Royal Mail both provide a collection return service which can be booked via their return portal

Your refund will appear in your account within 3-5 working days of it being applied. A refund will only be applied once your return has been receuved by us, so keep your return tracking number!

All returns must be unworn, in a resellable condition with their original packaging. We cannot apply a full refund unless this is the case. To receive a full refund, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your item. If an item is damaged, please contact us before processing a return.

Your refund will be returned to the original payment method used for your order.

We can accept all items for exchanges, as long as they are unworn with their packaging and the order number is provided in the return. We can only apply exchanges for items of the same price. If you would like an item at a different cost, we will refund your order and ask you to place another.
