Thinsulate is well known for keeping you warm and is considered one of the most effective linings. The purpose of the lining is to hold warm air inside the gloves and to keep the hot air close to your skin. They also feature a secure cuff at the wrist to keep them from falling off while your child is running around outside having fun with their friends or family.
