Can I Qualify For A Discount On My First Order?
Yes! If you are a brand new customer & have no purchase history with us, you can still qualify for the rewards above.
For example, if your first order in your basket is £35 you will qualify for free delivery. Just check the free delivery option on the cart page.
Is There a Minimum Order For My Orders That Qualify For Free Delivery?
No, not at all. So if you want to purchase just one pair of socks or an item from our sales page then please go right ahead. We want our loyal customers to enjoy the full benefits of this programme.
Do Refunded / Returned Orders Count Towards My Purchase History?
Unfortuneatly no, we can only count items that are currently that are in completed or processed status. Any items in refunded or returned status will not count towards your purchase history for rewards.
So If I Spend Over £60 With You In The Last 12 Months Do I Get 10% Off On All Of My Orders?
Yes & for a whole year. You will even get 10% off any sale items in addition.
Does It Mean Calendar Year?
No, it means order history in the last 12 months. So, if you ordered £20 worth of socks in April 2023 & £20 worth in September 2023 it means your discount tier will expire in April on the same date your purchase was made the year before.
