Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Parcels may be subject to import duties and tax; Sock Snob has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged.

It is our understanding that personal purchases under a certain amount will not incur any customs charges. Please see the full information and amounts below.

USA: Orders under $800 should not incur any charges.

CANADA: Orders under $150 should not incur any charges.

EU: For orders under the equivalent of 150 Euro, IOSS tax will be paid by Sock Snob UK LTD

IF your purchase is over the equivalent of 150 Euro, the customer will be responsible for paying the IOSS sales tax on your purchase.

All EU purchases are subject to IOSS tax. IOSS tax is an EU form of VAT formulated in January 2021 to facilitate the collection of sales tax within the EU.

ROW: If you are purchasing from a country not listed above, please check your country’s Customs and Tax rules.

If you have been incorrectly charged with any customs or IOSS charges, please get in contact with us and we will investigate your query.

Please make sure you have proof of the charges when you contact us. This could be in the form of a receipt from your local courier, or an email notification.

All orders will be debited in the currency the order is placed in. Payment may only be accepted by credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO & SOLO), ISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, debit cards, PayPal and Clearpay.

We take pride in packing our orders so that you receive your items in the best condition. Our orders will be sent out with a Sock Snob label on the front. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering a gift. Our Sock Snob bags are made from 100% biodegradable material, and wherever possible we use Eco-Friendly packaging.
